What You Need to Know
There’s nothing you need to do right now — but here’s what you’ll need to know once your upgrade is ready:
Logging In
Your login ID stays the same. For your password, use the last four digits of your SSN or EIN number.
Using Biometrics
Touch ID and Face ID will work after you log in for the first time.
New App Download
Our new app will be ready to download on September 15th! If you log in on desktop, you’ll be redirected to the new site.
Using Bill Pay
Your payees and scheduled payments will carry over automatically.
Brief Disruption of Services
You may experience interruptions in services, including online banking, bill payments, debit card transactions, and ATM operations during September 13th and 14th.

Download our NEW App on 9/15 from the Apple Store and Google Play Store! The current App will no longer be supported as of 09/15! **Quicken, QuickBook and Mint Users- Login into our bank app today and look for a message under "Correspondence" for important directions and dates.
